Untitled was founded in 2019 as a platform to amplify and promote underrepresented writers including those from socio-economically marginalised backgrounds, LGBTQ+ writers, Black Writers, Asian Writers and other minority communities, as well as writers with a disability and working class writers.

Throughout 2019 they ran live Salon events in London but 2020 has seen them take their events online by starting with bringing their format to the first S@H! Fringe earlier this year. Now they are back with six great underrepresented writers reading live!

Co-founded by writer Ollie Charles and events producer Nicola Lampard, Untitled are always looking for impassioned storytellers to come and share their work.

During lockdown they also launched an online global journal, Untitled: Voices. The first issue can be read for free here, with the second issue coming in November. In early September they also launched the first UNTITLED UNDERREP'D WRITERS FESTIVAL, a day long celebration of underrepresented writers with a series of workshops, panel discussions and a live Writers' Salon.

Nikki Dudley

Nikki is managing editor of streetcake magazine and also runs the streetcake writing prize and MumWrite. She has a chapbook and collection with KFS, with another forthcoming in 2020. She is the winner of the Virginia Prize 2020 and her second novel will be published in 2021.

Iqbal Hussain

Iqbal won Gold prize in the Creative Future Writers Awards 2019 for his short story “A Home from Home” and is an alumnus of the inaugural London Writers Awards in 2018. He is currently working on his first novel, “Northern Boy”, about what it feels like to be a butterfly among the bricks.

Ollie Charles

Ollie Charles is a writer who explores gender, identity, sexuality, celebrity and pop culture within his work. He is a placed writer in the 2020 streetcake experimental writing prize, features in Inkandescent's upcoming short story collection, MAINSTREAM and was published recently by Lucky Pierre Zine.

Ollie is also co-founder of Untitled, as well as co-editor of Untitled: Voices, a global online journal, launched during 2020’s lockdown.

Aisha Phoenix

Aisha Phoenix’s short story collection, Bat Monkey and Other Stories, has been shortlisted for the SI Leeds Literary Prize 2020. She is currently completing her first speculative fiction novel.

Jaqi Loye-Brown

London based, Jaqi Loye-Brown, an emerging writer, of Caribbean heritage, with three indie published chick lit/fiction novellas (MT-Ink.co.uk) under her brand, PortobelloNovella.com is currently self employed, delivering image-led social media for SMEs.

Peter Scalpello

Peter Scalpello is a queer poet and sexual health therapist from Glasgow, currently living in East London. His work has been published internationally. His debut pamphlets will be published by Broken Sleep Books in March 2021.
